# NCE Exam Study Guide 2026 vs Therapy Assistant

The clearest difference is rating: Therapy Assistant at 5.0 against NCE Exam Study Guide 2026's 4.6. NCE Exam Study Guide 2026's advantage is ratings volume (88 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NCE Exam Study Guide 2026 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Therapy Assistant sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
