# Easy Performer vs StemScriber

The clearest difference is ads: StemScriber at none against Easy Performer's shown. StemScriber also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). Easy Performer's advantage is ratings volume (139 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Performer sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and StemScriber sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StemScriber holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Performer has 139 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Easy Performer ships an update fortnightly, StemScriber weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
