# Block Blast！ vs Sort Ball

The clearest difference is update cadence: Block Blast！ at every 3 days against Sort Ball's every 3 months. Block Blast！ also leads on ratings volume (2.8M vs 22) and chart position (#6 vs unranked). Sort Ball's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Blast！ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Sort Ball sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Block Blast！ against 4.9 for Sort Ball. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Block Blast！ has 2.8M ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two.
