# SimFly Pad vs Aircraft Checklist

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Aircraft Checklist at 100% against SimFly Pad's 60%. Aircraft Checklist also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). SimFly Pad's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly) and ratings volume (15 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SimFly Pad sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Aircraft Checklist sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Aircraft Checklist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SimFly Pad has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of SimFly Pad's written reviews are positive against 100% of Aircraft Checklist's.

SimFly Pad ships an update fortnightly, Aircraft Checklist monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
