# I vs VolleyBoards

The clearest difference is update cadence: VolleyBoards at fortnightly against I's every 3 months. I's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 27.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. I sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and VolleyBoards sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

I ships an update every 3 months, VolleyBoards fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
