# Rebbe Responsa vs TheYeshiva

The clearest difference is update cadence: TheYeshiva at every 6 weeks against Rebbe Responsa's every 8 months. Rebbe Responsa's advantage is ratings volume (69 vs 3). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Rebbe Responsa against 5.0 for TheYeshiva. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rebbe Responsa has 69 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Rebbe Responsa ships an update every 8 months, TheYeshiva every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
