# Project Management Collection vs Project Management Prep

The clearest difference is update cadence: Project Management Prep at every 3 weeks against Project Management Collection's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Project Management Collection sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Project Management Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Project Management Collection ships an update every 5 months, Project Management Prep every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
