# PLL vs LockerReady

The clearest difference is ads: LockerReady at none against PLL's shown. LockerReady also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). PLL's advantage is ratings volume (4.2K vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for PLL against 5.0 for LockerReady. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PLL has 4.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 85% of PLL's written reviews are positive against 100% of LockerReady's.

PLL ships an update weekly, LockerReady every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
