# i vs WizWrite

The clearest difference is device support: i at 3 against WizWrite's 1. i also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. i sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and WizWrite sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
