# Event Ticket Hero vs TicketSource

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Event Ticket Hero at 100% against TicketSource's 0%. Event Ticket Hero also leads on ratings volume (96 vs 1). TicketSource's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Event Ticket Hero sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TicketSource asks for nothing beyond the download.

TicketSource holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Event Ticket Hero has 96 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Event Ticket Hero's written reviews are positive against 0% of TicketSource's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Event Ticket Hero ships an update every 3 months, TicketSource every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
