# MapGenie vs MLBB Support

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MapGenie at 56% against MLBB Support's 0%. MapGenie also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (2.6K vs 12). MLBB Support's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 26 months) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MapGenie sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MLBB Support sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MapGenie has 2.6K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.
