# Ultimate Pool vs darkSIDEpool

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Ultimate Pool at 12.0 against darkSIDEpool's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ultimate Pool sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and darkSIDEpool sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
