# Pickx vs Smart Expo

The clearest difference is ads: Smart Expo at none against Pickx's shown. Pickx's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pickx ships an update every 2 months, Smart Expo every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
