# BAXI Connect vs BlancVPN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BAXI Connect at none against BlancVPN's 3. BAXI Connect also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3). BlancVPN's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 20%) and ratings volume (711 vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BlancVPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. BAXI Connect asks for nothing beyond the download.

BAXI Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BlancVPN has 711 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of BAXI Connect's written reviews are positive against 45% of BlancVPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
