# Waiter Pal vs Clocked In

The clearest difference is rating: Waiter Pal at 4.9 against Clocked In's 4.3. Waiter Pal also leads on ratings volume (797 vs 16) and update cadence (every 11 days vs monthly). Clocked In's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and chart position (#198 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Waiter Pal sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Clocked In sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Waiter Pal holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Waiter Pal has 797 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Waiter Pal's written reviews are positive against 100% of Clocked In's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Waiter Pal ships an update every 11 days, Clocked In monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
