# hashcloud vs SleepScout®

The clearest difference is ads: SleepScout® at none against hashcloud's shown. SleepScout® also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 41%). hashcloud's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. hashcloud sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and SleepScout® sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

hashcloud holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 185 and 83 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of hashcloud's written reviews are positive against 50% of SleepScout®'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

hashcloud ships an update every 8 days, SleepScout® every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 10, 2026.
