# Who Are You vs HitProxy

The clearest difference is rating: Who Are You at 5.0 against HitProxy's 3.0. HitProxy's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (425 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Who Are You sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. HitProxy asks for nothing beyond the download.

Who Are You holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HitProxy has 425 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Who Are You's written reviews are positive against 45% of HitProxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Who Are You ships an update monthly, HitProxy every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
