# Evenflo vs Beacon

Evenflo and Beacon both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 91% of Beacon's written reviews are positive against 31% of Evenflo's. Beacon also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). Evenflo's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (4.5K vs 510). On price, rating, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beacon sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Evenflo asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Evenflo against 4.9 for Beacon.
