# Wiser vs New IDX Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Wiser at 4.7 against New IDX Mobile's 3.0. Wiser also leads on ratings volume (56K vs 2) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). New IDX Mobile's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wiser sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and New IDX Mobile sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wiser holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wiser has 56K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Wiser ships an update every 10 days, New IDX Mobile every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
