# Electric Cycle Studio vs FutureFLEX

The clearest difference is monetization model: FutureFLEX at free against Electric Cycle Studio's free with in-app purchases. Electric Cycle Studio's advantage is ratings volume (174 vs 2) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Electric Cycle Studio against 5.0 for FutureFLEX. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Electric Cycle Studio has 174 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Electric Cycle Studio ships an update monthly, FutureFLEX every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
