# HIKAYAH vs Scent Master Pro

The clearest difference is rating: HIKAYAH at 5.0 against Scent Master Pro's 3.7. HIKAYAH also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Scent Master Pro's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HIKAYAH holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scent Master Pro has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HIKAYAH ships an update every 2 months, Scent Master Pro fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
