# Scribble vs Drop Miner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Drop Miner at every 9 days against Scribble's every 18 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scribble sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Drop Miner sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scribble ships an update every 18 months, Drop Miner every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
