# SuperStep vs Buyer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Buyer at 73% against SuperStep's 7%. Buyer also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). SuperStep's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SuperStep holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 87 and 23 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of SuperStep's written reviews are positive against 73% of Buyer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SuperStep ships an update fortnightly, Buyer monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
