The clearest difference is update cadence: IMS2024 at every 2 days against ESHRE's every 2 months. IMS2024 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ESHRE ships an update every 2 months, IMS2024 every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on July 6, 2026 and September 11, 2026 respectively.
