# Affirmation Studio vs SuperSelf

The clearest difference is rating: SuperSelf at 5.0 against Affirmation Studio's 4.5. Affirmation Studio's advantage is ratings volume (68 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Affirmation Studio sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SuperSelf sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SuperSelf holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Affirmation Studio has 68 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Affirmation Studio ships an update fortnightly, SuperSelf every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
