# Watchly Faces Gallery & Widget vs Watch Faces Classics

The clearest difference is rating: Watch Faces Classics at 4.5 against Watchly Faces Gallery & Widget's 3.4. Watch Faces Classics also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 24). Watchly Faces Gallery & Widget's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (14% vs 4%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watchly Faces Gallery & Widget sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.49 per 7 days and Watch Faces Classics sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Watch Faces Classics holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Watch Faces Classics has 1.3K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Watchly Faces Gallery & Widget's written reviews are positive against 4% of Watch Faces Classics's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Watchly Faces Gallery & Widget ships an update every 5 weeks, Watch Faces Classics every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
