# Get Up vs WriteReal

The clearest difference is update cadence: WriteReal at every 2 days against Get Up's monthly. WriteReal also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Get Up sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and WriteReal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Get Up ships an update monthly, WriteReal every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
