# CozyRead vs TCCL SRP

The clearest difference is rating: CozyRead at 4.6 against TCCL SRP's 4.0. CozyRead also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (198 vs 3). TCCL SRP's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CozyRead sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. TCCL SRP asks for nothing beyond the download.

CozyRead holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CozyRead has 198 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of CozyRead's written reviews are positive against 100% of TCCL SRP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CozyRead ships an update every 6 weeks, TCCL SRP every 11 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
