# Mo' Bettahs vs Swipe Eats

The clearest difference is monetization model: Swipe Eats at free against Mo' Bettahs's paid. Swipe Eats also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 79%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Mo' Bettahs's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 8) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Mo' Bettahs against 5.0 for Swipe Eats. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mo' Bettahs has 21K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Mo' Bettahs's written reviews are positive against 100% of Swipe Eats's.

Mo' Bettahs ships an update weekly, Swipe Eats every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
