The clearest difference is monetization model: my HOOM at free against Mo' Bettahs's paid. my HOOM also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Mo' Bettahs's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Mo' Bettahs against 5.0 for my HOOM. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mo' Bettahs has 21K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
