# Mo' Bettahs vs Rooster Run Cafe

The clearest difference is monetization model: Rooster Run Cafe at free against Mo' Bettahs's paid. Rooster Run Cafe also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Mo' Bettahs's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Mo' Bettahs against 5.0 for Rooster Run Cafe. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mo' Bettahs has 21K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Mo' Bettahs ships an update weekly, Rooster Run Cafe fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
