# Mo' Bettahs vs Stoqd

The clearest difference is monetization model: Stoqd at free against Mo' Bettahs's paid. Stoqd also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 79%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Mo' Bettahs's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 1) and chart position (#189 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Mo' Bettahs against 5.0 for Stoqd. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mo' Bettahs has 21K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Mo' Bettahs's written reviews are positive against 100% of Stoqd's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
