# Vastfit vs Mefit Plus

The clearest difference is rating: Mefit Plus at 4.5 against Vastfit's 2.9. Vastfit's advantage is review sentiment (20% vs 0%) and ratings volume (22 vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mefit Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vastfit has 22 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Vastfit's written reviews are positive against 0% of Mefit Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vastfit ships an update every 3 months, Mefit Plus every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
