# MasterDex vs RevDue

The clearest difference is ads: RevDue at none against MasterDex's shown. RevDue also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). MasterDex's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MasterDex sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and RevDue sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RevDue holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MasterDex has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. MasterDex ships an update every 3 weeks, RevDue daily. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 9, 2026 respectively.
