# MISSUS vs Modalix

The clearest difference is update cadence: Modalix at every 3 weeks against MISSUS's every 3 months. Modalix also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MISSUS ships an update every 3 months, Modalix every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
