# Basket Battle vs Golf Dunk

Basket Battle and Golf Dunk both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 35% of Basket Battle's written reviews are positive against 0% of Golf Dunk's. Basket Battle also leads on ratings volume (299K vs 7). Golf Dunk's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Basket Battle sells 15 one-off in-app purchases and Golf Dunk sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Golf Dunk holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Basket Battle has 299K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Basket Battle's written reviews are positive against 0% of Golf Dunk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Basket Battle ships an update every 6 weeks, Golf Dunk daily. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
