# Polylog vs Serica

The clearest difference is ads: Serica at none against Polylog's shown. Polylog's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Polylog sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Serica sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Polylog ships an update fortnightly, Serica every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
