# HighSpots TV vs CricPulse

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CricPulse at none against HighSpots TV's 10. CricPulse also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 months). HighSpots TV's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HighSpots TV sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. CricPulse asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for HighSpots TV against 5.0 for CricPulse. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HighSpots TV has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HighSpots TV ships an update every 3 months, CricPulse every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
