# Toki Time Tracker vs Flows

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flows at every 3 days against Toki Time Tracker's every 9 months. Flows also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Toki Time Tracker sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Flows sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Toki Time Tracker ships an update every 9 months, Flows every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 10, 2026 and August 29, 2026 respectively.
