# Pop Forest vs HexaBeGone

The clearest difference is update cadence: HexaBeGone at every 4 days against Pop Forest's every 3 weeks. HexaBeGone also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pop Forest sells 14 one-off in-app purchases and HexaBeGone sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pop Forest ships an update every 3 weeks, HexaBeGone every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
