# Smartcon vs Jarvis

The clearest difference is update cadence: Jarvis at every 3 weeks against Smartcon's every 24 months. Jarvis also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Smartcon ships an update every 24 months, Jarvis every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
