# My Calendar vs Eldra

The clearest difference is ads: My Calendar at none against Eldra's shown. Eldra's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Calendar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Eldra sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Calendar ships an update every 2 weeks, Eldra every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 13, 2026 respectively.
