# Days vs Video Summarizer

The clearest difference is ads: Days at none against Video Summarizer's shown. Days also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). Video Summarizer's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Video Summarizer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Days ships an update every 8 days, Video Summarizer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
