# Mental Workout vs Cerbo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cerbo at every 5 days against Mental Workout's fortnightly. Cerbo also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mental Workout sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.49 per month and Cerbo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mental Workout ships an update fortnightly, Cerbo every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
