# FocusGenie vs Numo

The clearest difference is rating: Numo at 4.4 against FocusGenie's 3.6. Numo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (56% vs 42%). FocusGenie's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusGenie sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Numo sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Numo holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Numo has 1.1K ratings behind it against 106, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 42% of FocusGenie's written reviews are positive against 56% of Numo's.

FocusGenie ships an update every 3 weeks, Numo weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
