# 看天 vs 天气王

The clearest difference is rating: 天气王 at 5.0 against 看天's 4.0. 天气王 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and ads (none vs shown). 看天's advantage is review sentiment (79% vs 50%) and ratings volume (17 vs 2). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 看天 sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. 天气王 asks for nothing beyond the download.

天气王 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 看天 has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of 看天's written reviews are positive against 50% of 天气王's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

看天 ships an update every 3 weeks, 天气王 every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
