# E vs YRT On

The clearest difference is rating: YRT On at 4.8 against E's 4.0. YRT On also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). E's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YRT On holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YRT On has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

E ships an update every 3 months, YRT On every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
