# FMFF vs Flight Tracker

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FMFF at none against Flight Tracker's 3. FMFF also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 91%). Flight Tracker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flight Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. FMFF asks for nothing beyond the download.

Flight Tracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 15 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of FMFF's written reviews are positive against 91% of Flight Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FMFF ships an update every 2 weeks, Flight Tracker every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
