# MakeALive vs Mnet Plus

The clearest difference is rating: MakeALive at 3.3 against Mnet Plus's 2.2. MakeALive also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10). Mnet Plus's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 13). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mnet Plus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. MakeALive asks for nothing beyond the download.

MakeALive holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mnet Plus has 1.5K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of MakeALive's written reviews are positive against 19% of Mnet Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MakeALive ships an update every 2 months, Mnet Plus every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
