# Lawn Tracker vs Turf

The clearest difference is rating: Turf at 5.0 against Lawn Tracker's 4.6. Lawn Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (43 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lawn Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.49 per month and Turf sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Turf holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lawn Tracker has 43 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
